Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Eswari Jewellers, we prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold complete financial transparency. Please read this Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our digital gold, silver, or jewellery savings plans.

1. Digital Gold & Silver Purchases

  • No Cancellation After Purchase: Once a digital gold or silver transaction is confirmed and payment is processed, cancellation is not allowed. These transactions are based on real-time market rates and are irreversible.
  • No Refunds on Digital Gold Transactions: Refunds are not applicable on digital gold or silver purchases. However, customers may redeem their accumulated balance in either of the following ways:
    • By redeeming for certified jewellery from Eswari Jewellers
    • By selling the metal back at current live market rates through our platform

2. Jewellery Savings Plans (Daily / Weekly / Monthly / One-Time)

  • Saving schemes Compliance: Our jewellery savings plans comply with the Saving schemes Act, 1982, and the Tamil Nadu Saving schemes Rules, ensuring regulatory compliance and investor safety.
  • Cancellation Request Window: Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrolment in writing or via email. Upon approval, a nominal processing fee may apply. After 7 days, cancellations will not be entertained, and customers are expected to continue the plan to enjoy full benefits.
  • Refund Conditions: Refunds will be processed and credited to the orginal payment methods within 7 to 10 working days

3. Jewellery Redemption

  • Once a jewellery order is placed or crafted using your DigiGold balance or savings plan, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed.
  • Exchanges are permitted only in case of product defects, and subject to BIS hallmarking inspection and quality control verification.

4. Failed Transactions or Technical Errors

  • In the event of a failed transaction (e.g., payment debited but not reflected in your account): The discrepancy will be resolved within 5 to 7 working days, upon confirmation from our banking/payment gateway partner.
